Casey McAlear
Founder & CEO
After 17 years of working for two of the largest general contractors in the United States, Casey aspired to provide the technical expertise of a large corporation while enhancing the customer-friendly feel of a small company to his clients. In doing so, Allegiant Builders was born.
Casey’s background includes operational leadership, field engineering, cost estimating, and project management. From inception of schematic design to final turnover of completed projects, his teams have led the building process in multiple market sectors including healthcare, aviation, single and multi-family residential, mixed-use retail, education, and industrial.
Casey’s passion to supplement the vision of his clients into reality at optimum value is at the forefront of his goals.
Casey earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (2007), and Professional MBA (2012) from the University of Central Florida. He is a licensed general contractor in the state of Florida and enjoys giving back to his community as a mentor to cancer patients and coaching youth sports. He and his wife are parents to 3 boys and live in Orlando.
Erin McAlear
President
Erin has 22 years of construction experience in the Central Florida market. After working for one of the largest international construction firms in the United States for her whole career, it was time to apply all of the expertise, solutions-oriented problem-solving skills, and professionalism to her family business. Erin joined Allegiant Builders in 2026.
Erin’s background includes on-site operational management, community involvement and relationships, market tracking, risk management evaluations, and consulting. From building projects in her head to converting those plans and low risk strategies to the building process, she successfully leads budget management, schedule certainty, and quality assurance.
Erin’s passion to uplift Central Florida by creating spaces, using local trade partners, to support learning, community, and health.
Erin earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (2006) from the University of Central Florida. She has focused her efforts in implementing sustainable practices to reduce cost, maintain schedule, and minimize environmental impacts. As a mother of 3 boys, she stays busy at home but also enjoys volunteering in her community as she is a Board Member for the Education Foundation of Osceola County and supports the Osceola County Construction Pipeline connect future trades people with the market.
